I felt the Dentist understood my issues well. I don’t want a brand new set of teeth, but I do need some caps/implants replaced. He went through much cheaper options for making my teeth look nice again, stopping the spread of some of the weakened spots on my teeth, etc. I am someone who has weak collagen and that includes my teeth - they simply seem to be falling out at 60 years of age, and he seemed to understand my problems. I plan on returning as soon as I get some info from my previous dentist who is in retirement mode. UPDATE: I got the info this dentist wanted and then he wanted even more. I don’t think he wants me as a patient from the lack of communicating with me, responding to my email. I WILL NOT BE SEEING THIS MAN AGAIN.

Dr. Bishay was a lifesaver. I was dissatisfied with my regular dentist in regards to fixing a chipped veneer. I googled same day veneers and found him, but he was in Sugarland. I called his office and he, personally, listened to my dilemma, asked me to send pictures and told me he could fix it. This was about 11:00 am and he offered a 3:00 time slot. I live in Victoria, but just talking and texting with him, made me feel so confident and comfortable, that I knew it would be worth the hour and a half drive. Dr. Bishay was very caring and compassionate and understood how embarrassed I felt with this chipped front tooth. He was very professional and made me feel at ease during the procedure, which took minimal time with little discomfort. On the drive back home, my husband and I decided we should start using Dr. Bishay for all of our dental needs. Thank you doesn’t come close to the gratitude I want to extend!

The process was efficient from start to finish. I had to have a root canal done. I was given a time estimate for how long it was and I got it done the same day. When i was given the anesthetic I didn’t even feel it. Previously when going to other dentists I could feel a sting when they inject anesthesia but when Dr. Bishay did the anesthesia I couldn’t tell when it happened. The entire process was pretty relieving because I felt confident that they knew what to do. The hardest part is to keep your jaw open so long so that they can operate. That is where most of the ache will come from, but in regards to my actual tooth I felt no sharp nerve pain or stinging. The next day, my jaw ached somewhat but again, little to no pain where my actual tooth was. Due to a busy work schedule I had to come back to get a cap put in but every time they worked with me and even called to see if I could come earlier when a spot opened up. My new permanent crown sits comfortably in my jaw, it feels like the tooth was never removed, it is easy to chew and floss with and I’m so glad I can’t tell the difference. A perfect fit. I’m very grateful for this dental practice, from the front desk to the dentist chair, all around a great experience. Give them a try, thank you Grace Dental!

I'd recommend Grace Dental if you want a friendly staff and a dentist that specializes in oral surgeries but also do regular cleanings. Dr. Bishay performed a frenectomy on my child and it went very well. It was quick and effective and he was very patient and calm. He explained everything well and reassured often that it was a painless procedure. I really appreciate that he did this for my baby! Overall, they were great, quick, honest, and the cost of the procedure was the most affordable I found!

Great experience with Dr Bishay. I’ve had a bike accident that caused front tooth damage and Dr Bishay restored it successfully and saved me lot of money. Implant would’ve been quite difficult & expensive. He has been my go to dentist for several years now.

Though we kind of inherited him as our dentist at that time, we would (& now do) absolutely intentionally choose him. He is truly gifted in his craft, taking the time to ensure that any work done looks natural and feels right. He offers suggestions for beneficial procedures & clearly explains the reasons to consider them, but is never pushy. His concern for the patient’s wellbeing and appearance far outweighs any desire for monetary compensation. He is kind and is genuinely interested in the lives of his patients, as well. I walk away from each appointment having had a great experience and cannot recommend him enough!

I usually don't write reviews, but the service received at Dr. Bishay's office was the definition of Texan hospitality. I came in as I was in pain to the point where I couldn't sleep. Dr. Bishay and his staff explained that I had impacted wisdom teeth and recommended taking them out. During the surgery, I was comfortable and felt little pain with Dr. Bishay explaining what he was doing while asking if I was ok. Afterwards, his staff told me what medicines I should take along with what foods to eat, and I was set to go. A week after I'm back to normal and the check up call was much appreciated! Truly a great dentist with an amazing staff, I can't say enough good things about this place!

I have been going to dentists all my life and for the better part of 60 years, but I have never been to a dentist office that is family oriented, clean and has a great staff. Dr. Bishay is knowledgeable and experienced and just a great person to service you and your family in the field of dentistry. He takes his time and explains to you what he is doing while making sure you are comfortable during any of his procedures. If you need dental services and have been afraid to go then Dr. Bishay is the right doctor for you, your family and friends. He gets the job done and is a true professional in the world of dentistry. I highly recommend Dr. Bishay! I had always dreaded going to the dentist, but after Dr. Bishay's work, I don't mind it anymore. I had multiple fillings done were I basically felt nothing throughout the entire process, including the needles to begin with. On top of that, Dr. Bishay did some composite work on my front two teeth that removed two white spots that I've had ever since I was a kid. I never thought they could be removed. Finally, Dr. Bishay also adjusted my bite which makes my teeth feel like they fit better together! Again, highly recommend!

I am the longest patient on record for this clinic even before Dr Bishay took over this practice from the prior dentist who retired. I was concerned at the start to lose my trusted prior dentist but after using Dr. Bishay I have been more than pleased with the care I have received from him. He has my entire teeth looking so much better. He works with me on pricing as a senior citizen and honors my insurance network prices even though he is not a member of my same network. He just installed a new crown in place of an aged one that came loose from long ago and he put in one that looks and feels great. I called around area for a dentist that does tongue-tie cutting and I am glad that I found this office. From the moment I first called them to the day I left the office, I had a great experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly and Dr. Bishay exceeded my expectations. I came in only for a consultation and he talked me through tongue-tie, the limitations it causes, and the treatment. To my surprise, he was able to perform a teeth cleaning and the procedure the same day. The operation took only 15 min with a laser and a local anesthetic and the staff happily guided me through the insurance. I was even surprised to receive a text message from Dr. Bishay asking how I was doing. I will most definitely be going to him for all of my dental needs. Highly recommended.

Dr. Bishay in particular went above and beyond for the care of my teeth, educating me about my dental care, involving me in the health care process, and in the treatment. Dr Bishay and his staff are great! He knows I have high anxiety over dental treatments and is very gentle and patient. Takes his time and does excellent work. When I have to have procedures not covered by insurance he always comes up with options.

Highly recommend this dental clinic. Dr. Bishay has helped me with my sleep bruxism which means I grind my teeth at night. Great doctor! I have been getting cleaning done since I was a teen and no one has ever cleaned so deeply my teeth as good as Dr. Bishay. His team is really polite and welcoming . I'm a tuff customer and I yelp for everything . My husband and I were very pleased . If you have to wait don't get impatient thiers Netflix in the room to save you from Boredom and that waiting area massage chair is worth trying. Wow...where do I start. Before arriving to Dr. Ed Bishay's office it had been 10 years since I had seen a dentist or had any dental work done. I'll be honest I was afraid of dentists' since I had had pretty dreadful experiences as a child, but I knew I needed to come see a dentist before I got kicked off my parents insurance plan (turning 26 this year). So off I went to go see Dr. Bishay since he was close to me and my first experience with his office staff members was absolutely delightful. They were so courteous and kindly answered my never ending questions. So far I have had four visits since beginning care last month. Due to my lack of preventative care I had pretty bad periodontal disease with decay already brewing under my gums (ewww) but Dr. Bishay and his fearless dental hygienists went in and did some scaling and cleaning reducing the gum inflammation (I no longer bleed when brushing 😀). I also have enamel decalcification caused by my braces, come to find out Dr. Bishay specializes in fixing these issues. He truly is an artist when it comes to teeth, he did veneer bonding today (I think I'm saying that right) and he actually takes the time to make sure your teeth look natural. He is a very detail oriented dentist that I can honestly say cares deeply about his patients. If you need any dental work I highly recommend Dr. Bishay and his team.

Dr. Bishay and his staff are very professional and the facilities are clean. I have had two routine cleanings and a root canal. My root canal was very well done. He also recommended I cap my gum line in a few spots, which no other dentist has ever paid attention to. I took his recommendation and he did an excellent job. After both procedures I had no issues or pain. Dr. Bishay is a huge proponent of veneers. He is very attentive to detail and while I think he would do an excellent job, I have no interest in them at this time. Having said that, every time I go to an appointment I am made to look at my less than perfect smile and forced to sit through a pitch. Recommend Dr. Bishay.

Today is Valentines day and I spent the day at Grace Dental with the wonderful staff of Dr. Ed Bishay. I arrived early this morning before the storm for a procedure that I didn't know how long would take although I had taken the day off. It was indeed a day to remember! The procedure was for veneers with a minor surgery. I haven't been pleased with my front teeth for sometime although I had paid a small fortune for Invisaligns. To make a long story short, Dr. Bishay is who I now call the "Picasso" of Denistry. He is a perfectionist who finds satisfaction and happiness when his clients are happy. This is only my opinion. If you need a dentist, I strongly recommend that you call Grace Dental. I realize that Dr. Bishay is great but he couldn't do it without his assistant- she was absolutely amazing today. Dr. Bishay did fillings and crown to my 10 years old daughter, she was very nervous before going to the clinic, but all of that changed when Dr. Bishay started working, she said she didn't feel any pain, she didn't even feel the needle pain, she was very happy at the end of her visit and she asked me to take her there all the time :) Now my husband is fixing old bad fillings and having a new crown, same great positive experience. I was missing two of my upper incisors, and the implants that were put in were so natural you can't tell they are not my natural teeth! Dr. Ed Bishay took over the practice from another Dentist. Dr. Bishay is very highly skilled dentist and performs complicated procedures which require greater skill and expertise. The office has also been upgraded with very comfortable dental chairs and digital equipment for comfort during long procedures. The staff is very friendly and professional. My husband travels for work and was returning home on a Friday and leaving out again on Monday. He had a terribly painful broken tooth (think it was a molar) and had been suffering immensely while out of the country. I called Dr. Bishays office and requested for him to see my husband on Saturday. The Dr. and assistant both came in on a Saturday just for my husband and extracted the broken tooth and performed a complicated procedure, which gave my husband tremendous relief. He and I have been eternally grateful to you. What's more, the Dr. had just taken over the practice and did not know us. Yet, he really went above and beyond for his patient. Dr. Ed Bishay is an Extraordinary and Professional Dentist. His staff is very Personable and Professional. One time I came in for a regular cleaning, he noticed that one of my teeth was discolored. He asked me if I wanted that specific discolored tooth to match my other teeth, and after I did the procedure, you cannot even tell I had gone to a dentist. He did a Wonderful and Great job matching the exact color of my other teeth. During today's filling procedure, he did it in a very timely manner and before I knew it he had finished. Dr. Bishay is a very Caring, Compassionate, Considerate and Wonderful person who really cares about his patient's dental health. When my husband and I come for our dental needs, the staff makes us feel very comfortable like a family environment. I would Highly recommend his office to family and friends.

It's not very often that you meet a dentist that genuinely cares about his patients in the way that Dr. Ed B. does. Add in the fact that the staff is helpful and friendly as well, and you get an environment that is one of the best in the dental field.
I felt the Dentist understood my issues well. I don’t want a brand new set of teeth, but I do need some caps/implants replaced. He went through much cheaper options for making my teeth look nice again, stopping the spread of some of the weakened spots on my teeth, etc. I am someone who has weak collagen and that includes my teeth - they simply seem to be falling out at 60 years of age, and he seemed to understand my problems. I plan on returning as soon as I get some info from my previous dentist who is in retirement mode. UPDATE: I got the info this dentist wanted and then he wanted even more. I don’t think he wants me as a patient from the lack of communicating with me, responding to my email. I WILL NOT BE SEEING THIS MAN AGAIN.

Dr. Bishay was a lifesaver. I was dissatisfied with my regular dentist in regards to fixing a chipped veneer. I googled same day veneers and found him, but he was in Sugarland. I called his office and he, personally, listened to my dilemma, asked me to send pictures and told me he could fix it. This was about 11:00 am and he offered a 3:00 time slot. I live in Victoria, but just talking and texting with him, made me feel so confident and comfortable, that I knew it would be worth the hour and a half drive. Dr. Bishay was very caring and compassionate and understood how embarrassed I felt with this chipped front tooth. He was very professional and made me feel at ease during the procedure, which took minimal time with little discomfort. On the drive back home, my husband and I decided we should start using Dr. Bishay for all of our dental needs. Thank you doesn’t come close to the gratitude I want to extend!

Dr. Bishay helped me do a deep cleaning the same day, and there was a significant difference. My teeth look so much cleaner and have the knowledge on how to maintain. One of my best experiences ever in a dental office. Dr. Bishay explained everything to me and answered my MANY questions all while making me feel very comfortable throughout my wisdom teeth removal. The process was efficient from start to finish. I had to have a root canal done. I was given a time estimate for how long it was and I got it done the same day. When i was given the anesthetic I didn’t even feel it. Previously when going to other dentists I could feel a sting when they inject anesthesia but when Dr. Bishay did the anesthesia I couldn’t tell when it happened. The entire process was pretty relieving because I felt confident that they knew what to do. The hardest part is to keep your jaw open so long so that they can operate. That is where most of the ache will come from, but in regards to my actual tooth I felt no sharp nerve pain or stinging. The next day, my jaw ached somewhat but again, little to no pain where my actual tooth was. Due to a busy work schedule I had to come back to get a cap put in but every time they worked with me and even called to see if I could come earlier when a spot opened up. My new permanent crown sits comfortably in my jaw, it feels like the tooth was never removed, it is easy to chew and floss with and I’m so glad I can’t tell the difference. A perfect fit. I’m very grateful for this dental practice, from the front desk to the dentist chair, all around a great experience. Give them a try, thank you Grace Dental!

I'd recommend Grace Dental if you want a friendly staff and a dentist that specializes in oral surgeries but also do regular cleanings. Dr. Bishay performed a frenectomy on my child and it went very well. It was quick and effective and he was very patient and calm. He explained everything well and reassured often that it was a painless procedure. I really appreciate that he did this for my baby! Overall, they were great, quick, honest, and the cost of the procedure was the most affordable I found!

I opted to have him create the new teeth instead of sending them to a lab to be created. He worked on them throughout the day, and he and his helper stayed late on a Saturday to shape and install the new additions. He kept as much of the original teeth as possible, and added only what he needed to add. I am so impressed with what a wonderful job he did! Great experience with Dr Bishay. I’ve had a bike accident that caused front tooth damage and Dr Bishay restored it successfully and saved me lot of money. Implant would’ve been quite difficult & expensive. He has been my go to dentist for several years now.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Bishay since he took over this practice from our former retiring dentist a few years ago. Though we kind of inherited him as our dentist at that time, we would (& now do) absolutely intentionally choose him. He is truly gifted in his craft, taking the time to ensure that any work done looks natural and feels right. He offers suggestions for beneficial procedures & clearly explains the reasons to consider them, but is never pushy. His concern for the patient’s wellbeing and appearance far outweighs any desire for monetary compensation. He is kind and is genuinely interested in the lives of his patients, as well. I walk away from each appointment having had a great experience and cannot recommend him enough!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Grace dental in Sugarland. We both had our teeth cleaned with the hygienist Alex, she is Wonderful, sweet ,very friendly and very knowledgeable. My husband loved her, he said she was very gentle and it didn’t hurt him at all getting his teeth cleaned. At other dental offices he said they were always rough. We had no wait. And they are so friendly at their office.Their office is so clean and neat. They have great prices!! We will be back for sure. Dr. Bishay will be doing my Invisalign treatment and I can’t wait I am very excited. Dr. Bishay is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I recommended Alex the hygienist to some friends and they loved her as well, They said they will be back to see Alex. I highly recommend Grace dental.

I usually don't write reviews, but the service received at Dr. Bishay's office was the definition of Texan hospitality. I came in as I was in pain to the point where I couldn't sleep. Dr. Bishay and his staff explained that I had impacted wisdom teeth and recommended taking them out. During the surgery, I was comfortable and felt little pain with Dr. Bishay explaining what he was doing while asking if I was ok. Afterwards, his staff told me what medicines I should take along with what foods to eat, and I was set to go. A week after I'm back to normal and the check up call was much appreciated! Truly a great dentist with an amazing staff, I can't say enough good things about this place!

I highly recommend Dr. Bishay! I had always dreaded going to the dentist, but after Dr. Bishay's work, I don't mind it anymore. I had multiple fillings done were I basically felt nothing throughout the entire process, including the needles to begin with. On top of that, Dr. Bishay did some composite work on my front two teeth that removed two white spots that I've had ever since I was a kid. I never thought they could be removed. Finally, Dr. Bishay also adjusted my bite which makes my teeth feel like they fit better together! Again, highly recommend!

I am the longest patient on record for this clinic even before Dr Bishay took over this practice from the prior dentist who retired. I was concerned at the start to lose my trusted prior dentist but after using Dr. Bishay I have been more than pleased with the care I have received from him. He has my entire teeth looking so much better. He works with me on pricing as a senior citizen and honors my insurance network prices even though he is not a member of my same network. He just installed a new crown in place of an aged one that came loose from long ago and he put in one that looks and feels great. I called around area for a dentist that does tongue-tie cutting and I am glad that I found this office. From the moment I first called them to the day I left the office, I had a great experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly and Dr. Bishay exceeded my expectations. I came in only for a consultation and he talked me through tongue-tie, the limitations it causes, and the treatment. To my surprise, he was able to perform a teeth cleaning and the procedure the same day. The operation took only 15 min with a laser and a local anesthetic and the staff happily guided me through the insurance. I was even surprised to receive a text message from Dr. Bishay asking how I was doing. I will most definitely be going to him for all of my dental needs. Highly recommended.

Dr Bishay and his staff are great! He knows I have high anxiety over dental treatments and is very gentle and patient. Takes his time and does excellent work. When I have to have procedures not covered by insurance he always comes up with options.

Highly recommend this dental clinic. Dr. Bishay has helped me with my sleep bruxism which means I grind my teeth at night. I just got some veneers done yesterday and I am amazed with the quality of his work. He is very detailed oriented and works with your budget. He has done a phenomenal work with me and my husband. Great doctor! I have been getting cleaning done since I was a teen and no one has ever cleaned so deeply my teeth as good as Dr. Bishay. His team is really polite and welcoming . I'm a tuff customer and I yelp for everything . My husband and I were very pleased . If you have to wait don't get impatient thiers Netflix in the room to save you from Boredom and that waiting area massage chair is worth trying. Wow...where do I start. Before arriving to Dr. Ed Bishay's office it had been 10 years since I had seen a dentist or had any dental work done. I'll be honest I was afraid of dentists' since I had had pretty dreadful experiences as a child, but I knew I needed to come see a dentist before I got kicked off my parents insurance plan (turning 26 this year). So off I went to go see Dr. Bishay since he was close to me and my first experience with his office staff members was absolutely delightful. They were so courteous and kindly answered my never ending questions. So far I have had four visits since beginning care last month. Due to my lack of preventative care I had pretty bad periodontal disease with decay already brewing under my gums (ewww) but Dr. Bishay and his fearless dental hygienists went in and did some scaling and cleaning reducing the gum inflammation (I no longer bleed when brushing 😀). I also have enamel decalcification caused by my braces, come to find out Dr. Bishay specializes in fixing these issues. He truly is an artist when it comes to teeth, he did veneer bonding today (I think I'm saying that right) and he actually takes the time to make sure your teeth look natural. He is a very detail oriented dentist that I can honestly say cares deeply about his patients. If you need any dental work I highly recommend Dr. Bishay and his team.

He also recommended I cap my gum line in a few spots, which no other dentist has ever paid attention to. I took his recommendation and he did an excellent job. After both procedures I had no issues or pain. Dr. Bishay is a huge proponent of veneers. He is very attentive to detail and while I think he would do an excellent job, I have no interest in them at this time. Having said that, every time I go to an appointment I am made to look at my less than perfect smile and forced to sit through a pitch. Recommend Dr. Bishay.

Today is Valentines day and I spent the day at Grace Dental with the wonderful staff of Dr. Ed Bishay. I arrived early this morning before the storm for a procedure that I didn't know how long would take although I had taken the day off. It was indeed a day to remember! The procedure was for veneers with a minor surgery. I haven't been pleased with my front teeth for sometime although I had paid a small fortune for Invisaligns. To make a long story short, Dr. Bishay is who I now call the "Picasso" of Denistry. He is a perfectionist who finds satisfaction and happiness when his clients are happy. This is only my opinion. If you need a dentist, I strongly recommend that you call Grace Dental. I realize that Dr. Bishay is great but he couldn't do it without his assistant- she was absolutely amazing today. Dr. Bishay did fillings and crown to my 10 years old daughter, she was very nervous before going to the clinic, but all of that changed when Dr. Bishay started working, she said she didn't feel any pain, she didn't even feel the needle pain, she was very happy at the end of her visit and she asked me to take her there all the time :) Now my husband is fixing old bad fillings and having a new crown, same great positive experience. I went to Grace dental to have my implants put in, and the experience could not have been better! I was missing two of my upper incisors, and the implants that were put in were so natural you can't tell they are not my natural teeth! When it came to picking out the perfect shade for my teeth, all of the staff members got involved, and it was a blast! Would definitely recommend for anyone seeking to get implants!

Dr. Ed Bishay took over the practice from another Dentist. Dr. Bishay is very highly skilled dentist and performs complicated procedures which require greater skill and expertise. My husband travels for work and was returning home on a Friday and leaving out again on Monday. He had a terribly painful broken tooth (think it was a molar) and had been suffering immensely while out of the country. I called Dr. Bishays office and requested for him to see my husband on Saturday. The Dr. and assistant both came in on a Saturday just for my husband and extracted the broken tooth and performed a complicated procedure, which gave my husband tremendous relief. He and I have been eternally grateful to you. What's more, the Dr. had just taken over the practice and did not know us. Yet, he really went above and beyond for his patient. He took his time explaining everything to me and give me the available options, what is urgent, why, how everything will be approached, ..etc. In one word I can say that he saved my teeth. His office staff is not less: professional, respect, follow up,..etc. They all treat you like a friend not just a patient.
I wish I would have found Dr. Bishay and Grace Dental 10 years ago. I put off going to the dentist for many years because of my fear of dental work and previous experiences. Dr. Bishay and his amazing staff made me feel very comfortable and he explained every step of the process to restore my smile. I am super pleased with his work. Because of years of neglect the work was extensive: extractions, bonding, root canals, bone graphs, crowns, filling replacements, and general cleaning. Dr. Bishay and his team are a joy to work with - especially for my kids (ages 5 and 7). The entire staff goes out of their way to be friendly and comforting to the children, and even when my son had to have a filling, it was completed with the utmost care and consideration - and no tears! The office is clean, and comfortable. They are a great fit for our whole family, and we would highly recommend them to anyone.
I needed a Dentist today ASAP and found Grace Dental right down the street from where I live. Never have I met a nicer Dentist then Dr.Bishay and he REALLY helped me and my tooth, be is a very nice and caring Doctor. His staff is very welcoming and everyone is very professional!! Did not have to wait long to be called and was seen right away. I recommend this office over any Dentist in Sugar Land. I've been ripped off before by a few Dentist offices' around town and today that was not my story. I could not be happier with walking into Grace Dental today!
Dr. Ed Bishay is an Extraordinary and Professional Dentist. His staff is very Personable and Professional. One time I came in for a regular cleaning, he noticed that one of my teeth was discolored. He asked me if I wanted that specific discolored tooth to match my other teeth, and after I did the procedure, you cannot even tell I had gone to a dentist. He did a Wonderful and Great job matching the exact color of my other teeth. During today's filling procedure, he did it in a very timely manner and before I knew it he had finished. Dr. Bishay is a very Caring, Compassionate, Considerate and Wonderful person who really cares about his patient's dental health. When my husband and I come for our dental needs, the staff makes us feel very comfortable like a family environment. I would Highly recommend his office to family and friends.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Ed Bishay and his practice. Dr. Ed Bishay is a fantastic dentist! He's knowledgeable, gentle and genuinely cares about his patients. The hygienist did a wonderful job of cleaning my teeth and she made it as painless as possible and at the same time did an excellent deep cleaning in 2 visits. Cleanings are gentle and quick. The front desk knows everything about insurance and she's also very helpful. The office is very modern and clean, it's truly a nice atmosphere. I always recommend Grace Dental to people looking for a great dentist!
